Jenifer Dana Kaufman concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s workers’ compensation section. She recently was a co-presenter for a program on pension offsets. In 2003, The Legal Intelligencer named Jenifer one of 50 attorneys under 40 years-old “on the fast track.”

She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997 and the George Washington University in 1994. Ms. Kaufman has represented both Claimants and Employers, and regularly sits as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

She also speaks Spanish and welcomes the opportunity to work with Employers with Spanish-speaking employees.
