David Magaldi concentrates his practice in the defense of workers' compensation, longshoreman and harbor workers' claims. Mr. Magaldi received his bachelor's degree from West Chester University in 1998 and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2002, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Mr. Magaldi served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joyce Kean of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Mr. Magaldi was recently selected as a 2008 "Rising Star in Workers' Compensation" by the publishers of the Super Lawyers magazine, which appears in Philadelphia Magazine.

A member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Magaldi represented clients at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers L.L.P. in defense of workers' compensation and liability claims before joining Schaff & Young.
