Robert Cullen concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.  Mr. Cullen received his bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in 1987 and his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1993, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

A member of the workers’ compensation sections of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Cullen served as a law clerk for the Bureau of Workers Compensation and has represented insurance companies as panel and staff counsel throughout eastern Pennsylvania before joining Schaff & Young.
